Education: Under graduate (bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience) (3/4 years)
Experience: 2- 4 years of experience

Strategy & Planning
Review and analyze existing and potentially new business solutions for effectiveness and efficiency, and then develop strategies for improving, leveraging or replacing existing systems.
Promote seamless product integration across all IT products to minimize multiple data entry, improve data accuracy and maximize positive user experience
Consult and involve other IT functions (global and regional) to develop successful deployment, support and service plan.
Ensure that applications meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of application-usage best practices.
Education and Training
Partnering with the business, develop training materials for the most efficient use of our tools. Develop and foster the concept of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). SMEs are system experts within the business. They will be the first response for user questions for the global systems.
Create business case and justification supporting the effort and investment in implementing and deploying IT business solutions
Prepare the business for new, modified and updated IT business solution which may lead to significant changes.
Coordinate feasibility studies for software and system products under consideration for purchase, and give advice based on findings.
Evaluate, configure, and deploy selected new products, and/or enhancements to existing applications throughout the enterprise.
Ensure that any new software integration into company systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and interface specifications.
Define, re-design and document the new business processes either stemming from the business requirements and the capabilities of the new IT systems capabilities.
Support IT solutions roll-out and user adoption in regional organization and business functions
Create a support organization and provide direction for the support teams and support of Solution Management. Negotiate support contracts with software and service providers and manage license and asset inventory.
Manage the performance and costs of products in service via monthly reported and work with vendors to ensure quality assurance.
Develop and communicate training and documentation for support organization and end users.
Improve product performance based on feedback received for business functions, users groups, service reports and regular product meetings within the IT organization
Ensures business continuity plans and procedures are developed properly to support continuing operations in disaster situations. Maintains back up conditions, recovery and ongoing operation for the company and conducts regular testing.
Prepare for and manage IT product obsolescence
