recommendations for visits to randstad offices

before visiting the randstad office, remember that::

  • you do not have to leave your home to apply for a job offer - all you have to do is find the offer you are interested in and fill out the form on our website

  • to talk about the details of the offer, you can call the consultant who recruits - you will always find his number in the offer published on the website

  • you can have a recruitment meeting online - make an appointment with a consultant using a simple video-recruitment tool

due to the recommendations of epidemiological services, we recommend limiting visits to randstad offices to the minimum. in that cases:

  • only one person can be in the office at a time

  • keep a safe distance from the interlocutor (at least 1 m)

  • do not shake your hand for a greeting

  • do not touch the door handles - use a jacket, sweater or tissue to open the door

  • wash and disinfect your hands frequently and very thoroughly


  • Wash your hands often (with soap and water or disinfect them with at least 60% alcohol-based liquids / gels)
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
  • Regularly clean or disinfect touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, handrails, tables, desks)
  • Disinfect your phone regularly (e.g. with wet wipes soaked in disinfectant) and do not use it while eating

  • Follow the rules of protection when sneezing and coughing (cover your mouth and nose with a bent elbow or handkerchief - throw the handkerchief into a closed basket as soon as possible and wash your hands)
  • Eat healthy and remember to hydrate your body
  • Use proven sources of knowledge about coronavirus (Ministry of Health)

what to do if you have symptoms?

If you have a fever, cough, breathing difficulties, in particular if you have returned from infected areas or have close contact with someone who was in an endangered area - call the special COV-19 helpline at the National Health Fund (NFZ): 800 190 590 for detailed tips. Report it to your supervisor.

infectious hospitals


report the problem to your supervisor and / or Randstad consultant if you are not feeling well. They will be able to guide and support you as well as take additional preventive measures.

temporary travel restrictions

from the point of view of epidemiological threat, travel abroad is not recommended. If you have made such a trip in the last two weeks, we recommend contacting the National Health Fund (NFZ) helpline: 800 190 590.

watch out for phishing!

it is a method of fraud in which the criminal impersonates another person or institution in order to phishing specific information (e.g. login details, credit card details) or persuading the victim to take specific actions.

We have noticed that such messages have recently appeared in e-mail and SMS channels. Use only proven sources of information: Ministry of Health and Chief Sanitary Inspectorate

Do not respond to suspicious emails and sms that you may receive due to the spread of coronavirus. Be careful and don't get caught!
