I have been working in the Randstad group since 2005. Initially, I worked as a Process Manager, then as a Controlling Manager. From January to September 2016, I was the Finance Director at Randstad Polska, and from the beginning of 2017 I was the Finance Director at Randstad Czech Republic.

what kind of people work at randstad?
First, committed to their work. Moreover, Randstad employees, in my opinion, have a lot of freedom of action. They are given tasks and support, but how it is achieved is often up to them. We value this independence.
what in your work makes you want to get out of bed in the morning?
I am motivated by the fact that I have already introduced a lot of changes, but I still have ideas for more. Although I have been working at Randstad for over 14 years, the company is constantly changing, but it is still an intriguing work environment.
what advice would you give to those wishing to join randstad?
If you want to learn a lot, develop, meet interesting people, you can get involved in work - Randstad is an environment where you will feel like a fish in the water.
the funniest thing that happened to you in randstad?
There were probably a lot of them, but I can't think of a specific one. However, I can tell you about the situation that gave me the greatest professional satisfaction. In the past, at a client meeting, I used to convince a client to find a solution. After my presentation at the client's site, one of the managers said that a lot can be promised in the initial talks, but during the work, the promises may be empty.
About a year later, we summarized the implementation of the service for this client. The same manager pulled out a bottle of wine at the end of the presentation and said that a year ago he underestimated us, which he regrets now. What we showed then was a pure abstraction for him, but we did everything we promised. We exceeded his expectations.
It was not only my success, but that of the whole team. As you are all involved, nothing is impossible.
how do you feel in the team and company?
Sometimes it's hard, but when the team is committed, there's always motivation to work.
what is the value of working at randstad for you?
Temporary work is not always best seen in society. However, over the past dozen or so years I have witnessed many careers. A good example can be a graduate from Pomerania, who started her career as our temporary employee in an international concern. A year later, she was already a production manager, and a few years later she made an international career. We were the first to give her a chance to develop her potential. Sometimes it doesn't have to be a big career - we just help people make ends meet. Sometimes, through permanent recruitment, the candidate changes job, profession, place of life. At Randstad, we change people's lives for the better.
