- you'll be the main point of contact for the company's German-speaking customers and internal teams.
- you will manage the full lifecycle of service contracts and warranty extensions—from creating them in the system to tracking their progress.
- you'll solve problems and answer questions for their customers and local branches about their services.
- you will work closely with other departments (like Sales and Accounting) to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- you'll be responsible for keeping their systems (like SAP) up-to-date with all contract and warranty information.
- excellent German (at least B2) – this is the most important part of the role!
- good English & Polish (min. B1) for internal communication
- a "can-do," customer-first attitude—you're a great communicator and a true team player
- you're organized, independent, and love to get things done right
- familiarity with SAP (don't worry, they will teach you everything you need to know!)
- a bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field and first corporate experience (in logistics, order management, administration, customer service etc) will be a plus.
