We are seeking an AP Accountant to join a team for our client, responsible for delivering high-quality Accounts Payable (AP) and invoice processing services. In this role, you will also collaborate in developing comprehensive efficiency and effectiveness across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.

- Manage a specific set of purchase invoice and AP tasks following current work instructions
- Invoice processing and accounts payable processing via different kind of systems, processes and automations
- To contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the S2P process in line with AP objectives by suggesting improvement ideas and taking part in their implementation
- Purchase invoice and AP tasks must be carried out as part of the end-to-end processes, with an understanding of how they connect to the process
- The AP team works with the global organization, including other divisions and clients, as well as auditors and suppliers
- Participation in various projects and process automation
- min. 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Higher education in a field related to accounting/finance or relevant
- Good know-how on business process development
- Experience in SSC environment is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of Accounts Payable
- Good knowledge of (end-to-end) S2P process flow and on global collaboration
- Openness and meticulousness
- Willingness to work in a team
