The person in this position will be responsible for supporting regulatory projects in collaboration with IT from other countries and will act as a liaison between local operational or functional units (i.e. Finance, Compliance, AML and HR) and global IT teams. These projects are designed to bring local and Group systems and processes into compliance with new accounting standards or new regulatory reporting requirements.

your tasks

• Gathering and documenting business requirements;
• Support implementation of system enhancements and new functionality
• Prepare test cases/scenarios and participate in test planning and execution 
• Optimize system utilization and/or improve processing
• Developing functional design of IT system changes

what we expectHard skills:

Must have:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position 
• Knowledge of the operation of Gross Settlement, Clearing House, Elixir (specifics of operation) in the Polish market 
• Understanding of SWIFT basics
• Experience in Polish payments, Polish transactions. 
• Knowledge /understanding of business analyst operation, how the system should be analyzed, what are the requirements, how to order tests, changes, how to plan the test scenario.  
• Awareness of the project life cycle

Nice to have:

• Certification in Business Process Model and Notation will be an asset.
