- leading the team of experienced Advisors and Specialists, including but not limited to: day to day guidance as required, setting up business objectives, recruitment and onboarding of new team members, supporting the development, performing related administrative activities,
- collaboration with global vendor: attending business reviews and implementation PMO calls, support escalations,
- monitoring vendor’s KPIs and initiate the relevant actions,
- acting as Implementation Lead for payroll transformation program,
- overseeing the payroll related projects that support the enhancement of business as usual processes,
- collaboration with Payroll Managers across Europe, MEISA, LAC and APAC,
- administrative management of external consultants
- experience in the role of manager of Payroll Operations for various countries,
- experience in leading the team of skilled and independent professionals,
- experience with implementations of new payroll systems and processes,
- experience in collaboration with payroll vendors,
- experience in building the strong relationship with internal stakeholders,
- fluent English,
- strong communication skills, ability to present facts and recommendations in concise manner,
- pro-active and hands on approach,
- ability to keep track and monitor multiple actions and topics
