- Manage close relationship with players on a daily basis
- Support players, engage with them
- Keep track and monitor player’s activity on a daily basis
- Work with all aspects of the game and studio: fully understand the economy, product, monetization, features, machines, etc
- Build and deliver ongoing content, promotions and activities – where the KPI is to bring players to their next level
- Close cooperation with cross-functional teams to drive players activity growth
- Knowledge of English at minimum C1 level – must have
- Previous experience in account management or similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Proactively initiate activities to generate value for players and increase their engagement with games
- Target / KPI driven
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Deep understanding/interest in games
