• 1st line of omni-channel support via phone, chat and email (in Spanish & English)
• maintain professional service to clients about order issues, product questions, special offers, eligibility, or other information
• update customer base and documenting the reason of the contact
• keep open communication on all requests and improvements
• attend ongoing training sessions in core areas of the business

• very good command of the Spanish language (B2/C1)        
• good command of the English language (B2)        
• previous customer service experience, order management will be an advantage
• highly motivated and engaged
• team player
