your tasks

  • ensure continuity of service, staff allocation and shift monitoring
  • give detailed statistical feedback on the organization’s performance in terms of Quality of Service KPIs (On Time Delivery in Full, Number of filed claims, etc.) and to team members concerning personal KPIs (number of calls handled daily, order entry lead time, etc.) for staff evaluation and reward purposes.
  • give constant direction to team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are rightfully attended to on time and in the best way possible to give them satisfaction.
  • manage domestic operations of multiple markets
  • he/ she uses multiple languages based on the need of the served markets
  • provides Customer Assistance for remote domestic markets
  • to implement the established Customer Service processes in terms of orders collection and insertion, order tracking and invoicing, claim management
  • create better modes of operations to make customer service easier for both team members and customers
  • make provision for a change of mode of operation when the existing one is not yielding maximum results

what we expect

  • strong customer service orientation
  • 5 years of people management experience / customer service related environments
  • fluent English and German is a plus
  • excellent operational knowledge of SAP (SAP R/3 is a plus)
  • professional grounding combined with superior people skills
  • awareness of modern day logistic dynamic in an industrial environment
  • performance management 
  • very good communication and presentation skills
