your tasks
- Creating and maintaining customer records that are clean, current, and easy for our teams to work with.
- Finding and fixing duplicates because no one likes data clutter.
- Sizing up risk profiles by looking up customer data in Dunn & Bradstreet and using our in-house decision matrix to keep us in the know.
- Getting hands-on with data cleaning—think verification, consistency, and active status checks—to keep our records ready for anything.
- Working closely with Sales, Road, and Air & Sea teams on data quality, helping them get the insights they need without missing a beat.
what we expect
We’re after someone who knows their way around data and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make it better every day. You’ll have a knack for spotting details others might miss and be the go-to person for data reliability across the company.
In your application, we hope to see:
- 1-2 years of experience handling data entry, cleanup, or management.
- An understanding of why data quality matters and how to keep it top-notch.
- Strong attention to detail—accuracy is the name of the game.
- Proficiency in Excel and database software.
- Excellent communication skills; you’ll be connecting with multiple teams.
- Strong English communicaion skills (B2/C1).
