- You will provide 3rd level support and be the liaison between the development department and our infrastructure for startup and change activities.
- Highly experienced with Continuous Integration and Development Tools (CI/CD)
- Detailed technical knowledge and hands-on experience with DevOps, Automation, Containerization and Cloud Computing
- In-depth knowledge of Linux/UNIX (incl. script programming) as well as very good knowledge in SQL and Oracle DB.
- Familiarity with the full software development life cycle and agile methodologies
- Enthusiastic and proactive team player who is keen to contribute to ideas and listen in a collaborative manner.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working, high operational readiness and ability to cope with pressure
- Ability and willingness to support also outside of business hours (on-call Support)
- Customer orientation, flexibility and attitude towards effective problem solving
- Advanced experience with monitoring tools e.g. Zabbix, Dynatrace, Tivoli, Grafana…
- English spoken and written
- Knowledge of CALYPSO platform is a plus
