For our Client - an international FinTech company, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of event marketing manager

- ability to do basic account and contact research
- based on the business requirements, need to travel once/ twice every month
- email/message event attendees (prospects) to book meetings,do post event follow-ups
- manage event logistics and collaborate with sales teams to drive event strategy execution
- pre-event organization (finding the events for our domain, negotiation of terms, preparing budget, communication with procurement and legal, execute the soft cost, co-ordinate pre event outreach, co-ordinate and brief content team)
- during event (logistics and prep onsite for any presentations including workshops, keynotes, speaker co-ordination, presentation updates, logistics and management of on-site team, including briefings, daily plans)
- event evaluation and recommendations, close budget
- depending on the business need - cold calling event attendees (prospects) to book appointments, driving audience to the booth and doing follow-ups after the event
- previous experience in positions: collections analyst, O2C analyst, credit control assistant, collections and credit specialist etc.
- O2C knowledge
- fluent in English
- project Management (planning, organising and executing)
- French or German language skills
- excellent communication skills
- stakeholder management
- customer facing experience
- presentation skills
- willingness to travel
