Together with Zimmer Biomet, a medical devices company, we are looking for experienced complaints expert who will join newly built GBS.

your tasks

  • adheres to all corporate and site specific procedures
  • coordinates complaint records and corresponding tasks
  • supports local sites in their tasks administration and completion
  • handles and documents complaint records within dedicated software tools
  • reviews the processed complaints in regards of adequacy and completeness and re-opens complaint records when additional information is received or when necessary
  • escalates immediately potential critical issues to management and to the product manufacturer, to initiate containment actions when necessary
  • ensuring that complaint documentation is complete, comprehensible and conforms with the regulation requirements 
  • proactively communicates process improvement opportunities to management
  • continuously helps to improve existing processes, forms, tools and databases
  • performs complaint search reports according customer needs

what we expect

  • Technical Apprenticeship/High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in an Industrial/Medical Environment preferred
  • experience in administrative work
  • english fluent verbal and written 
  • technical understanding
  • detail and precise working personality
