what we offer ...develop and maintain workflows in Kinaxis for each planning modules
provide thought-leadership for the characterization of historical demand and work with Regional Demand Managers and local demand planners to develop effective forecast models
data analysis of demand patterns, promo profiles and other data sources to inform demand planning strategies and models.
develops, monitors, performance analytics and reporting in line with global standards set by Global Planning Manager
oversee Global 3PM (multi-region suppliers)
identify improvement and development through benchmarking, process health checks and assessments, planners-skills assessments
based on the input provided by data requestors create, extend, maintain, or terminate material master data for all material types in respective systems.
ensure the delivery of high-quality master data which meets the requirements of our internal and external customers, considering relevant global standards and coordinate master data creation process to assure it is produced on time and in full.
analyzes and troubleshoot system issues reported by data users. First point of contact towards business users regarding any SC data topic. Provide regular reports regarding master data availability, quality, and workflow performance.
lead and deploy planning projects that help unlock process efficiencies and improve the planners’ effectiveness in analyzing their data and delivering business KPIs.
supports and Implement key supply chain master data management processes for data objects such as product masters and other SC owned master data objects, ensuring alignment to other areas
coordinate system integration testing (SITs) with IT for any enhancements in the system
manage user acceptance testing (UATs) of enhancements to the planning solutions
has experience of planning tools in a complex global business
ideally has experience of Kinaxis Rapid Response or similar cloud-based supply chain planning tools and experience of SAP
effective juggling of multiple deliverables simultaneously
good understanding of working in a multicultural international environment and the ability to deliver results in an agile environment.
