your tasks

HR Assistant - Main Responsibilities: Support Recruitment and New Hire Process:

  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Collecting employment and tax information
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Conducting benefit enrollment process
  • Administering new employment assessments
  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
  • Supervision of health and safety trainings, organization of F2F trainings for new hires and recertification for selected group of employees
  • Processing data for payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
  • Participating in benefits tasks, such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements, and approving invoices for payment
  • Supervision of mandatory trainings

GM Personal Assistant - Support of General Manager in everyday duties:

  • Organization of business trips
  • Keeping a calendar of meetings
  • Organization of external and internal meetings of the Management Board
  • Assistant support of Management Board Members
  • Coordination of efficient information flow in the company and cooperation with departments
  • Coordination of payments and timely fulfillment of financial obligations

what we expect

  • At least 1 -2 year experience within field of Payroll, Administration, HR or equivalent
  • Very good command of English languages (B2 / C1)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in position in the Personnel Administration field
  • Practical knowledge in the field of labor law is a must
