your tasks

  • Develop the interview scheduling logistics, gather interviewers’ and candidate’s availability, arrange travel for candidates, integrate and distribute the final interview schedules and necessary materials. Monitor changes or adjustments needed for timely implementation.
  • Prepare offer letter, contracts, offer package and follow up on candidate´s acceptance to prepare their enrollment with the company 
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of interview materials to be used by Interviewers and recruitment sources to ensure a means to identify, source, and attract talent to the Company. 
  • Gather candidate´s information to support background checks as required by the Personnel Integrity Assurance Program where applicable. 
  • Assist in the implementation of employment arrangements to facilitate the global mobility of associates throughout the system to and from bottlers, joint ventures, and other operations. 
  • Support onboarding process for new hires. 
  • Work on projects as needed. 


what we expect

  • Good knowledge pf English and Bulgarian language
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Recruitment operations, HR or overall Talent Acquisition. 
  • Related Work Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in Recruiting Processes or HR environment and or shared services centers. 
  • Knowledge in Workday, Sales force, etc. is needed.
