- As a Specialist, you are responsible for the administrative A-Z processing and the professional support in the area of Payroll & Time Management following internal and external compliance regulations
- The regular maintenance of employee data, processing of tax issues, new hires and terminations, managing interfaces, and auditing the payroll data to ensure accuracy in the payout execution are part of your daily job
- You will create the time-specific reports, conduct the subsequent quality management and perform the annually recurring time management activities (e.g. submission of holiday entitlements)
- You will also be accountable for answering inquiries related to Payroll and Time Management with simple to the more complex substance by phone and e-mail using our case management system
- You may work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality
- As the owner of at least one simple to more complex competence center (e.g. based on site or activity) you are in close contact with relevant stakeholders and provide updates or training to the team.
what we expectOur requirement
- French & English languages (both min. B2)
- 2-4 years of experience ideally in Payroll & Time Management or other HR-related activities. We are also open to candidates from other Shared Services areas if you want to learn on the job.
- Willingness to work from the office 3 days a week
