    And this is where you come in. You will be part of building our new Global Service Centre in Poznan, which is to support various functions globally, and you will have a considerable influence on the future of our financial department and the way we administrate our finances. You will be at the heart of the transformation and will play an active role in making the changes successful.

    your tasks
    • deliver Operational HR Service support to the HR community
    • perform HR processes in line with corporate directions, legal standards, and country-specific requirements (e.g. onboarding, probation)
    • process HR requests and prepare HR-related documents and reports (e.g. contracts, reference letters, certificates)
    • support Recruitment activities and Application Management, including the posting of positions, interview scheduling, maintaining candidate database, pre-screening of applications, handling of related paperwork, communication with the candidates
    • data management within our HR systems ensures up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy
    • archiving documents

    Additional internal info:

    • focus region to start with: Germany with all related entities
    • documents related to payroll should be kept in-house (salary increase, bonus letters, etc)
    what we expect
    • ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of HR Operations and/or Shared Services experience in a global organization
    • good knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures and 1-2 years of HR administrative experience
    • fluent spoken and written German (C1) and English (B1-C1) language skills, additional European languages are a great asset
    • experience with HR systems is desirable but extensive trainings will be provided
    • customer service-based attitude and focus on getting things done
    • ability to build strong and trustworthy relationships with others and to effectively contribute to a highly collaborative work environment
    • open mindset towards change and engagement for continuous improvement
    • capacity to handle multiple activities in parallel in a fast-paced environment
    • excellent time management, planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
    • confidentiality and high attention to detail
    • willingness to travel (especially during the transition phase)
