    The IT consultant’s role is focusing on efficient IT operations and active engagement in automation process. The work will be based on a data driven approach (alerts, incidents), a structured way of working and documentation. The Operations Center team members are expected to be actively involved in the continuous improvement of the utilization of the IT infrastructure.

    The team is provided with monitoring and infrastructure management tools, such as:

    • Windows Server, SCCM, SCOM, Squared up, 365 defender, etc.

    There is a lot of opportunities to learn more about: IT network, IT security, IT operations and infrastructure (possibilities of getting additional trainings and certifications necessary to improve qualifications in the team).

    your tasks
    • Proactive incident solving based on monitoring alerts
    • Establishing monitoring dashboards (including maps)
    • Maintaining and updating procedures and documentation
    • Preventing incidents from happening – observing patterns
    • Monitoring: availability, performance monitoring, End2End
    • Incident solution based on monitoring alerts
    • Patch management (Maintain the yearly wheel and coordinate service windows together with the BRMs and Service Managers)
    • Capacity management
    • Monthly reporting including FinOps reporting
    • Practical assistance in disaster recovery
    what we expect
    • 2-3 years of experience in a global IT support environment,
    • Written and spoken English proficiency,
    • Proactivity in raising concerns or take initiatives to improve procedures,
    • Good knowledge and understanding of technical IT environment,
    • Basic experience with IT ticketing systems.

    Nice to have:

    • SCCM basics, Windows server, understanding of IT network,
    • Basic knowledge about IT processes,
    • ITIL foundation.
