    your tasks
    • End to End Accountability of project implementation from initiation to post deployment
    • Key Stakeholder management with various internal customers, partners, and internal and external suppliers
    • Reviewing Business and Functional Requirements Documents prepared by Business Analyst
    • Ensure various Key Project Management matrices, Tools, Training etc are in align with Department expectations
    • Provide Project Status along with associated Risk, Issue, Dependencies etc to various governance forums as required by Project governance
    • Aptitude to understand technology architectures and work with various partners for
      designing solution
    •  Support Global and Regional Lead in preparing material/presentations for various forums (adhoc basis)
    • Collaborate and work with global teams in NJ, Zurich, Poland, and Pune, Singapore
    what we expect
    • 7+ years of Total experience, minimum 4 years of experience in IT Project Management
    •  PM/BA Certifications like CBAP, PMI PBA, PMI PMP, PMI ACP, PMI PgMP will be preferred
    • Understanding of Modelling techniques, methods and systems engineering concepts.
    • Solid experience in wealth management, investment management / capital markets.
    • Familiarity with Project Management (Requirement management, Risk Management, Resource Management, Project Integration Management etc.)
    • Exposure to various SDLC methodologies, especially agile.
    • Strong in Business Analyst and Project management tools – MS Project, JIRA, Confluence,SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
    • Experience with working with Off-shore team

    Required Skills:

    • Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise
      manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum
    • Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex,
      global organization
    • Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations,
      technology
    • Ability to work in challenging, demanding and strict regulatory timelines
    • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
