- Gathering Hiring Managers requirements and creating recruitment plans and strategies best adjusted to the specific roles.
- Building partnership with both local and global stakeholders.
- Looking for standardisation by sharing best practices among HR colleagues in other countries
- Overviewing hiring and onboarding process by contacting the vendors (recruitment agencies, relocation & immigration companies)
- Supporting Employee satisfaction & Candidate experience activities
- Fulfilment of performance & development priorities by reporting on-going activities
what we expect
- At least 2 years of work experience as IT Recruiter in the international environment
- Excellent English skills,
- Understanding modern talent aquisition challenges
- Solid stakeholder management skills,
- Familiarity of current HR trends & tools,
- Relevant educational background.
