    • Conducting end-to-end IT recruitment processes for huge variety of profiles within Global IT department.
    • Gathering Hiring Managers requirements and creating recruitment plans and strategies best adjusted to the specific roles.
    • Building partnership with both local and global stakeholders.
    • Looking for standardisation by sharing best practices among HR colleagues in other countries
    • Overviewing hiring and onboarding process by contacting the vendors (recruitment agencies, relocation & immigration companies)
    • Supporting Employee satisfaction & Candidate experience activities
    • Fulfilment of performance & development priorities by reporting on-going activities
    what we expect
    • At least 2 years of work experience as IT Recruiter in the international environment
    • Excellent English skills,
    • Understanding modern talent aquisition challenges
    • Solid stakeholder management skills,
    • Familiarity of current HR trends & tools,
    • Relevant educational background.
