    your tasks

    The IT Support will provide 1st line IT support and guidance to the factory in Poznan, in coordination with headquarters in Portugal. This element will also participate in global IT projects such as infrastructure optimization or security compliance.

    • provide first line support to all the staff;
    • configuration of IT equipment;
    • software Updates;
    • negotiation with local vendors;
    • analyze and report local hardware’s requirements and Software needs;
    • follow and implement tasks assigned from the Headquarters IT team
    • follow and implement procedures defined by Headquarters IT team Incident, Service Request Management:
    • respond to and process incidents and service requests in the helpdesk platform,
    • monitor and take ownership of incidents to resolution,
    • report to IT Director on a daily basis status of the major tasks/ incidents /requirements
      comply with IT Budget
