- follow-up and secure payments on time for external and internal suppliers in scope through daily follow-up/ follow-up and secure that the collection process works as planned on time in the scope
- support to business within the AP or AR process, handling payment reminders, and contact with suppliers
- booking invoices from suppliers and preparing payments,
- maintaining contact with suppliers (monitoring payment deadlines, agreeing on the settlement balance, etc.)

- checking for accuracy and completeness of accounting information in an electronic invoice control system
- checking for incorrect or incomplete data and follow-up on the status of outstanding issues
- support of continuous improvement of processes and initiatives
- a University graduate with an initial work experience in Accounting/Finance area is nice to have
- very good writing and speaking English and German
- problem-solving skills, result-oriented, and have great networking and business acumen skills
