your tasks
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Creation, implementation and realization of a strategy of sales activities leading to the achievement of set sales goals
- Conducting business negotiations and supervising the implementation of the terms of framework agreements
- Coordination of promotional activities with clients and other departments of the company
- Monitoring and analysis of market data
- Seeking of new sales opportunities that will turn into long-lasting relationships
what we expect
- Proven experience as key account manager (at least 5 years in the FMCG sector)
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Experience in cooperation with retail chains (Auchan, Selgros, Biedronka, Dino, Carrefour, Netto, Makro, Kaufland)
- Experience in conducting trade negotiations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Excellent organizational skills, Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of the English language
- Driving licenses, category B.
- Prepare regular reports (progress, forecasts, results)
- Communication with state authorities
- At least basics of accounting
