- Provide support in developing and implementing new logistics processes and work on projects supporting future supply activities
- Strategically work on route and network optimization to ensure cost efficiency and timeliness of deliverables
- Lead a high-performing team of Master Data and Logistics Analysts and implement developments together
- Drive initiatives on tracking & tracing, time-slot management, dashboard development, as well as tender & contract management
- Offer solutions in case of deviations from the supply or logistic plan
- Liaise between different departments operational re-planning needs of larger scale
- Develop excellent working relationships and networks with sales, logistics, and other supply teams
- Ensure correct, reliable, and usable Logistics Master Data in the systems
- You have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant working experience in the Logistics / Supply Chain area
- You have a proven experience as a Manager in leading the teams
- You have fluent English language in speaking and writing (B2/C1 onwards)
- You are familiar with working in an international environment
- You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field of studies
- You are a person who can work effectively in a fast-paced working environment, cooperate with internal stakeholders, show passion for renewal and changes,
- Knowledge of MoveIt/Oracle and other logistic-relevant systems is a plus
