    your tasks
    • manage a variation of O2C (Order to Cash) transactional exceptions by data analysis to be able to identify issues and root cause fixing
    • work with the stakeholders to implement solutions for operational exceptions
    • work with customers/suppliers to implement solutions for operational exceptions
    • manage optimization of documents to maintain automation levels
    • support the  Hub with new initiatives
    • work with the Governance and Legal team to make sure all solutions are aligned to the company's ways of working
    • initiatives and migration of Transactional activities into the Hub
    • be part of a culture of honest and open communication to get things done
    what we expect
    • fluent knowlegde of English (French/German nice to have)
    • innovate approach to displaying inspiring behaviour to encourage and motivate others
    • strong communication skills with the ability to question and challenge existing processes
    • excellent interpersonal skills; aware of own personal impact and a role model of professional behaviours
    • proficient knowledge in systems SAP /RPA/ CRM
    • proficient PC Skills, including Microsoft packages
    • data analyst environment
    • customer focussed environment
    • experience in shared service environment
    • previous automation and AI experience
    • self-starter and self-motivated
    • Continuous Improvement / Project Management / Change Management experience will be an advantage
