• Process customer sales orders and follow up on their status ​ 
• Coordinate with credit controllers to resolve credit issues and ensure order fulfilment​
• Work with customer services & supply chain to optimize order fulfilment​ 
• Facilitate and monitor warehouse shipments processing and follow up on their status​ 
• Continuously monitor On Time, In Full goods delivery ​ 
• Classify claims and align with Customer collaboration for query resolution 
• Register, classify and settle approved claims 
• Reporting on E2E claims process and lifecycle management 
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure business and customer needs are being met 

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences or business (preferably Supply Chain and/or Logistics) 
• Knowledge of SAP or willingness to learn SAP functionalities (with preference for SAP S/4HANA) 
• Good verbal and written communication skills 
• Action orientated to deliver results under time pressure 
• High analytical skills 
• Service oriented attitude 
• Able to adapt to changes quickly 
• Very good knowledge of English (level B2/C1)
