    Are you an accurate and conscientious person? Your English is fluent? Do you have a relevant 1-2 years of experience ideally in Payroll area within SSC environment or motivation to learn new skills with previous experience in payroll, finance or HR role within an international environment.

    We are looking for Payroll Specialist with English to process and handle the company’s payroll

    what we offer

    your tasks
    • ensure accurate and timely payroll calculation for a group of countries: Austria, Benelux, Nordics, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, UK,
    • consolidate and validate data sent to payroll providers,
    • perform and document checks in compliance with SOX/chart of controls,
    • correct errors though other teams (P&C Ops, Finance, IT, payroll vendors),
    • ensure payroll approval,
    • simplify, standardize and automatize payroll process for countries in scope,
    • administer benefits, e.g. enrollment, cancelation, invoice check.
    what we expect
    • fluent knowledge of the English
    • 1-2 years of experience ideally in Payroll area within SSC environment
    • understanding SOX/PMI chart of controls, data privacy and IT security principles,
    • knowledge and experience in using SAP, advanced excel skills,
    • excellent attention to details
    • strong interpersonal skills
