your tasks
- Serve as a key business partner and be responsible
for providing financial controllership - Be a member of driving the business performance team of the
plant without compromising accounting and controls compliance - Advise and consult financial implications of plant activities as the
close partner of the managing director and the management
team in providing financial and business information - Provide your professional assessment of economic impact of
projects and its effectiveness, efficiency and significance - Close collaboration with the other plant controllers in the TRILUX
group and the relevant sales controllers - Regular coordination within the TRILUX group (production
controlling, investment controlling) - Involvement in strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting
- Coordination of sub-plans from sales and capacity planning with
the other TRILUX group managers - Design and preparation of plant reporting for transparency in
manufacturing as well as cost variance reports, productivity
reports and further analyses - Lead cost center ledger and ensure proper usage
- Further development of KPI system, target setting and
benchmarking - Preparation and verification of assumptions for product costing
- Investment accounting and controlling
- Cooperation with local purchasing for efficient control of
spendings - Support and participation in the stocktaking process of inventory
what we expect
- MBA or Masters in Finance or Accounting or Bachelor’s degree
from accredited university in accounting, finance, economics, or
business - At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- CPA or CMA accreditation from an international accreditation
institution - Detail-orientation with focus on high level of accuracy
- Ability to effectively work in cross-functional team and matrix
environment - Experience in working with ERP systems in a manufacturing
environment - High organizational and presentational skills
- Expert knowledge in MS Office package
- Fluent in written and spoken English
