- oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows
- document procedures if no documentation exists
- conducts risk assessments and identifies critical steps and gaps in processes
- propose mitigating actions for how to solve critical steps and gaps in process
- optimises by proposing new procedures
- assembles reports to document process status and KPI
- communicates findings and proposals to the project team / process owners in each department
- ensures concise and transparent information and makes available and presented at all relevant levels of the business
- provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes
- assesses compliance with applicable safety and quality standards
- training teams or individuals in process
- manages a processes to conform to ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- fluent Polish & English skills
- experience in performing similar tasks / position
- extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and other processes in production and commercial company
- experience in conducting improvement projects of varying degrees of complexity
- experience in change management
- experience in writing (position manuals, procedural instructions, process descriptions, process development, procedures)
- strong communicative skills (ability and confidence to clearly communicate with a wide range of internal stakeholders)
- analytical and data analysis skills
- problem solving skills
- high level of operational flexibility
- patience and methodology to be able to analyse and diagnose often complex problems
- an attitude that supports people in going through the change process
- ability to coach others
