your tasks

working with the Global Process Owner, prioritise opportunities within the Performance and Talent space to identify and implement process improvements
work with Service, the POE CoE, Embedded HR and the wider business to understand the nature of problems they are facing, and what desirable solutions look like
prioritise backlog based on measurable value to solve problems
work with the GPO to standardise these processes, and create standard ways of working/interaction models with Benefits vendors
lead small and medium process change projects
participate in larger projects which require changes to Performance and Talent (e.g. Career Hub approach) to prioritise and deliver the required changes
work with Documentation Analyst to keep document sets/global knowledge articles up to date and running, including the Target Operating Model used per country and legal deviations from the standard process
take accountability for process-based VOC and fix issues noted by submitter in partnership with Tier 1
ensure movement ofPerformance and Talent queries towards self-service

what we expect

minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
needs to have some depth of knowledge in HR performance and Talent process
understand best practices of a Help/Knowledge/Ticketing solution within the HR space, including best ways to help utilise Tier 0 resources
