For our client - one of the biggest GBS in Krakow, we are looking for candidates for the position of Procurement Analytics Manager/Expert.
This person will be engaged in development and delivery of analytics training/coaching across group procurement. The role will focus on developing, documenting and maintaining Group Procurement category data / analytics strategies to enable strategic category assessment and insights.

your tasks
- developing a deep understanding of our GNFR spend across all banners and categories by mining, searching, analysing and segmenting the spend data
- supporting heads of categories in developing category specific key performance indicators and underlying data models for sustainable category performance management
- ensuring category data models / reports are designed for multiyear tracking and ease of variance analysis over time
- co-defining with heads of categories analytics strategy and data requirements for set objectives / assigned projects
- coordinating activities within Group Procurement to realise analytics strategies (e.g. data collection, schedule etc.)
- ensuring standard data queries are documented and recorded for efficient future runs (source databases, tables, fields, refresh frequencies etc.)
- cleansing, standardising, normalising data (e.g. unit of measure etc.)
- aligning / requesting data validation
- consolidating and reconciling datasets
- training Group Procurement colleagues on category performance data models as appropriate (e.g. new joiners)
- supporting Heads of categories and Productivity Manager with advanced analytics requests e.g. regressions analysis
- identifying analytics training needs to bridge gaps
- leveraging existing technology solutions for maximum impact
- influencing procurement technology roadmap to realise analytics strategy and bridge potential gaps
what we expect
- experience operating in a global / multi-cultural / matrix organisation
- 5+ years’ in indirect procurement analytics role(s)
- advanced Excel, including regression analysis, Power Pivot, nested functions, etc.
- analytical skills to extract logic, insights, and conclusions for complex problems
- data collection, mining, modelling, analytics, statistics & business intelligence
- English (Fluent)
- experience in retail sector and consultancy roles considered an asset
- Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft SQL Server knowledge considered an asset
