This position is responsible for providing support to our Procurement teams, by developing standard
and custom reports, managing reporting activities and data enhancement requests.

• responsible for helping the team with all procurement-related tasks, invoicing, purchase orders, and budgeting controls
• responsible for helping coordinate research logistics eg, receiving products, and clearing approval with the Legal
• policy explanation to vendors and any other parties involved into CI projects set up and reporting
• price negotiation of low complexity projects
• assist in drafting and running RFx process

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in the Procurement department 
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude
• Strong attention to detail coupled with strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent skills using database and office suites (Excel incl. advanced graphs, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
