    • observation of changes in QM standards and specifications and examination of their effects on our system
    • monitoring changes in QM-relevant standards and laws
    • coordination and Ensuring compliance with the internal specification approval process
    • coordination of the internal audit team
    • training of internal auditors
    • prepare and carry out the internal audits
    what we expect
    • completed studies in economics or industrial engineering / Higher commercial or technical training with further training in process management or / and project, change and knowledge management
    • 1 or more years of administrative support experience, preferably with ISO 9001 and / or IATF 16949 based management systems
    • first experiences in project management
    • knowledge of process expertise, Product Liability Law, Management System Standards (ISO9001:2015/ ISO14001/45001)
    • solution-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills
    • very good moderation and presentation technology as well as the ability to impart knowledge (training)
    • strong project support skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives with multiple tasks
    • very good knowledge of English, further language skills an advantage
