and re-qualificationswhat we expect
- higher education is required, preferably in a biomedical field (biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or the equivalent)
- a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Medical Device or Food Quality
Management including direct field monitoring experience or management/oversight of such
individuals, with a demonstrated record of accomplishments - interpersonal skills and experience in management and development of subordinate staff
- ideally, experience in Quality Management including Quality Control Activities, Process
Management&Improvement - ideally, experience in managing audits and inspections
- ideally, experience in coordinating and delivering training sessions
- advanced spoken and written English
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- diving license category B
