FP&A Reporting Team Lead will combine two functions: a Manager of up to 10 people and Expert with practical tools development task. Together with the team contribute to implementation of standardized and automated global harmonized finance reporting as well as support financial / analytical reporting requirements.

Efficiency in collaboration is a must. Giving space for initiatives, development, and improvement is a must. When mistakes will be made, they should be transferred into learnings helping the team to further improve.

your tasks

  • Lead the daily activities of the Commercial/ISC Reporting team (Reports and BI Development stream): defining, creating, developing, and delivering the set of reports and dashboards agreed with the business.
  • Lead the set-up, stabilization, and further improvement of the FP&A Reporting Team.
  • Lead the process of the team’s growth, while keeping delivering towards business based on the agreements made earlier.
  •  Define and keep up-to-date set of skills/knowledge required for the team, address workforce planning needs and timely address new hiring requirements.
  • Continually work to improve the team and team’s performance and define targets and goals for the team (and team members).
  • Monitor and assess the performance of the team members in achieving the goals formulated.
  • About 50% of your time would be dedicated to hands on activities:
  • Establish a strong collaboration with (but not limited to) the Information Management, experts on Master Data, SAP experts, Finance.
  • Delivery for the set of reports/dashboards that should become available to the end users based on the roadmap/planning.
  • Follow the roadmap of the reports/BI/SAP Analytics Cloud developments and constantly monitor and report on the status of the progress. Intervene when and where needed.
  • Monitor and assess the standards applied for reports/dashboards development.
  • Monitor the delivery of services vs. the standard level agreement and progress of the development/maintenance activities vs. the workload/budget.
  • Implement the vision for standardized and automated global harmonized


  • Understand the principles of the standards and reasons behind these.
  • Act as a service provider towards Finance/Business.
  • Keep delivering the scope within the agreed constraints (time/scope/budget).
  • When required, proactively come up with proposals for further improvement.
  • Secure the periodic creation and delivery of harmonized reporting and maintenance against the agreed timeliness, quality service levels and within agreed budgets.
  • Help setting up an efficient support team environment to process and handle requests from business and end users.

what we expect

  • Management experience with 5+ years within finance management reporting areas.
  •  Having experience in hiring a team and delivering a strong, knowledgeable and successful team.
  • Master degree in Finance, ICT or Business (i.e. MBA) or equivalent.
  • Strategic and tactical thinker with strong business analytical skills (and understanding finance well) with the ability to analyze and assimilate data for critical business decisions in timely manner while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all layers in the organization, within a matrix environment.
  • Ability to work and delegate work whilst continuously retaining ‘an eye’ for the details.
  • Ability to manage and connect stakeholders on different levels of the organization.
  • Highly preferred: previous experience in setting up and managing a Reporting center or equivalent departments with a global Finance scope to deliver significant improvement in efficiency in the reporting processes.
  • Ability to deal with a lot of challenges simultaneously, selecting right priorities.
  • Previous management experience, proven people manager skills with the ability to build strong teams and lead and inspire others.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with proven capability of analyzing complex processes and issues resulting in efficient and successful resolution.
