your tasks
- financial data review and clean-up
- CO2 data collection from Logistics service providers for all relevant mode of transport
- support in preparing financial and CO2 inputs for yearly / quarterly / monthly / weekly relevant
drumbeats - maintain and update project-management tracker tool according to identified CO2 reduction
opportunities - support internal functions on CO2 benefits calculation when required
- support in generating required materials / inputs for ad hoc communication of the department
what we expect
- basic knowledge on GHG reporting principles for scope 3 (category 4 Upstream distribution)
- strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of pivot tables and formulas
- understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and reporting standards
- ability to present insights clearly and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and external partners
- familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot
