your tasks

financial data review and clean-up
CO2 data collection from Logistics service providers for all relevant mode of transport
support in preparing financial and CO2 inputs for yearly / quarterly / monthly / weekly relevant
drumbeats
maintain and update project-management tracker tool according to identified CO2 reduction
opportunities
support internal functions on CO2 benefits calculation when required
support in generating required materials / inputs for ad hoc communication of the department

what we expect

basic knowledge on GHG reporting principles for scope 3 (category 4 Upstream distribution)
strong command of Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of pivot tables and formulas
understanding of data governance, quality assurance, and reporting standards
ability to present insights clearly and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and external partners
familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot
