- analyse sales data and calculate Bill-back compensation based on gathered data,
- communicate proactively with divisions and distributors,
- gather documentation supporting the calculations and relevant indirect pricing changes,
- analyse and report on monthly SLAs and KPI results,
- demonstrate understanding of the importance and follow Bill-back SOx and internal controls,
- be a point of contact for the Bill-back process and system inquiries from other departments,
- identify issues, demonstrate urgency to resolve them, and escalate when needed,
- ensure the execution of Bill-back SOx and internal controls,
- ensure proper information flow between all stakeholders in the process,
- proactively identify improvement opportunities, lead or support projects in scope,
- suggest procedural changes to improve productivity,
- test system when needed,
- deliver training/workshops for external units.
- +4 years of relevant professional experience with analysis and problem-solving skills,
- master’s degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area,
- fluent in German and very good knowledge of English,
- previous experience in an international environment,
- advanced Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access,
- knowledge of SAP with a clear understanding of financial processes,
- experience in reporting to management,
