your tasks

  • provide hands-on support for the Team Leader
  • take customer perspective and end to end responsibility for the operational deliveries
  • best in class example for execution & service excellence
  • provide support and knowledge sharing to more junior members of the organization
  • search for new solutions in complicated cases/support in delivering solutions in critical situations
  • collaborate with vendors on resolution of outstanding accounting cases
  • code and approve invoice exceptions, support transactions and resolve is isues
  • follow up on and resolve open balances and inquiries
  • resolve rejection failures in payments
  • review and approve vendor master data changes
  • debit Balances / Overpayment recoveries
  • perform period close activities independently
  • ensure relevant updates of local documentation / proceduress
  • supporting employees from specific locations
  • maintain partnership with the relevant Global Process Owner
  • handle and resolve questions and issues raised by our business units


what we expect

  • good understanding of financial accounting and Procure to Pay process
  • at least 3 years in similar positions in SSC/ BPO within multinational environment
  • good knowledge of SAP transactions and Excel
  • very good level of communication in German and English
  • knowledge transfer experience
  • experience in transitions (will be an asset)
  • ability and willingness to share your knowledge with other colleagues in the team
  • hands on experience in driving continuous improvement and relevant accounting
  • qualifications come as an additional asset for consideration
  • communicative, open minded and with mindset towards challenges
  • self-driven, proactive with can do attitude
