your tasks
- perform all daily fund accounting tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with procedures,
- actively participate in internal or external projects, process migrations
- prepare management and accounting reports
- perform daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and preparing financial statements
- prepare monthly/quarterly cash reconciliations for funds, customer files, including accrual calculations, as well as, monthly/quarterly valuations for funds,
- maintain excellent relationships with business partners and customers,
- proactively support a leader in all BAU topics, crisis management, meetings and projects,
- respond to inquiries from internal or external sources regarding operations,
- be a mentor to new employees
what we expect
- min. 3 years of professional experience in private capital (private equity, real estate funds or debt funds)
- fluent English speaker (min. B2+)
- understanding of accounting principles, financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments
- analytical and problem solving skills
- ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- excellent organizational & communication skills
- willingness to take on new challenges and look for enhancements in existing processes
- stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines
- showing flexible and self-driven attitude
