    what we expect
    • about 2 years of experience in the customer service field
    • experience in the automotive sector will be an asset
    • experience with claims/warranties is nice to have
    • University degree - completed or in progress
    • good knowledge of ERP systems will be an asset
    • knowledge of MS Office - Excel
    • proficiency in English (min. B2 level)
    • knowledge of German will be an advantage
    • ability to identify and resolve potential problems
    • strong communication skills
    • conscientiousness and meticulousness
    • excellent organizational skills
