    your tasks

    Soliciting, collecting and reviewing in scope supplier compliance documentation from suppliers. Examples of documentation, but not exhaustive, include: 
    •    Compliance Documentation Questionnaire
    •    BSE/TSE Declarataions
    •    Religious certifications (Kosher/ Halal)   
    Obtaining and maintaining relevant supplier information in company systems in a systematic manner to allow for effective and efficient utilization of supplier data.
    Initiating and progressing Quality Assurance Agreements. Escalating if necessary to auditor/ procurement/ line manager for negotiation with suppliers.
    Participate, as applicable, in the development of internal Supplier Quality processes to ensure compliance with the GSK QMS (Quality Management System).
    Support key systems such as documentation, training, communication, supplier platforms.
    Interfaces - Routinely interfaces with site Quality /Procurement, wider SQAC team, SQ Operations and GSK suppliers – a two way communication regarding supplier compliance documents, quality agreements, change control action items, etc.

    Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to process requests for information in an effective manner.
    Demonstrated ability to function effectively across multiple cultures and geographic boundaries.
    Ability to work in a structured and methodical manner in order to track, manage and coordinate a significant number of different requests for information at the same time with similar deadlines/priority.
    Ability and willingness to maintain accessibility and rapidly respond to customers, staff and management.
    Strong excel and IT systems skills.
