Together with our international client from the FMCG sector, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Planning Transformation Manager. This is a strategic role that combines leadership, change management, and deep expertise in operational planning.
This person will play a key role in leading the transformation of the current planning system, overseeing the implementation of a new, modern solution tailored to the company's growing needs. An important aspect of the position will also be building and managing a newly established team dedicated to planning processes, ensuring its seamless integration with the broader supply chain function as well as being an Operational Planning Expert.

- lead and manage the Planning Expert Team, providing strategic direction, guidance, and professional development support to team members
- foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team and across Key User communities
- collaborate with Global Business Process Owners and local teams to drive the deployment of the global planning transformation program
- support the implementation of the planning solution (OMP), including system testing, data preparation, training material creation, and end-user support during dry runs and go-lives
- ensure high-quality master and transactional data for supply, production, and material planning
- support Operational Planners in daily, weekly, and monthly planning processes by optimizing data usage and leveraging advanced planning system capabilities
- drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives to ensure organizational readiness for new processes and ways of working
- lead continuous improvement of planning processes, focusing on data-driven planning, automation and user adoption
- collaborate cross-functionally with Global teams including Sales, Innovation, Finance, Procurement, and IT to enable integrated and optimized supply planning and S&OP
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Econometrics, Operations Research, or a similar field
- proficiency in English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- at least 10 years of experience in supply planning, ideally in a digital or AI-based environment
- strong analytical capabilities, with expertise in inventory optimization, heuristics, and mathematical problem-solving techniques
- proven leadership experience in managing teams
- familiarity with advanced planning systems, especially OMP, is highly valued
- exceptional communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
- strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement
