    your tasks
    • Manage the full life cycle recruitment for assigned open positions in a timely and proactive way
      • Identify, attract, engage and introduce the best and most diverse talents in the marketplace by providing market intelligence and screening while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
    • Manage recruitment processes providing sourcing, assessment, conducting interviews and provide market expertise to the hiring managers
    • Building relationships with business leaders, to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful talent acquisition strategy
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers, People & Culture Managers (HR Business Partners) and TA Operations in order to deliver on the best-in-class candidate & employee experience ensuring process efficiencies
    • Support in building up recruitment culture by experimenting with new tools, methods and approaches on sourcing and assessment
    • Be part of Talent Acquisition and People & Culture cluster and regional community
    what we expect
    • At least 1-2 years agency/in-house recruitment experience with examples of delivering end-to-end recruitments projects
    • Proven commitment to exceptional candidate experience, interviewing and assessment and direct sourcing expertise
    • Proven experience of working within a large multinational company with managing various stakeholders, especially ability and courage to advise internal customers on recruitment-related decisions
    • Curiosity & passion about modern talent acquisition and employer branding trends with strong work ethic and motivation to learn
    • University Degree in HR, Sociology or relevant fields, fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish & English is a must
    •  End to end project management
