your tasks

• Analyse and decompose complex business requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and collaborate with technical resources on solution proposals.
• Create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts.
• Communicate with the business and technical teams to ensure clear and shared understanding of requirements.
• Oversee the development of the product as per the specifications.
• Facilitate change and configuration management.
• Create data conversion scripts in order to digitally store data. Some highly sensitive information may need to be encrypted before it is entered into the system
• Analyse and test system functions to identify improvements to the business experience.
• Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed.
• Monitor performance, discover variances and propose necessary actions.
• Validate the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications.
• Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents and other technical reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science
• Certified in Agile / Scrum
