For our Client, global organization from the real estate & property sector, we are looking experienced project leaders to implement new regional HR policy & system changes. 

Regional HR Technology & Data Lead

Responsibilities:

As Region HR Technology and Data Lead, you will be responsible for project management of HR technology, data and reporting activities for your region. As the region interface between the technical and functional work streams, you will work closely with the Region Lead to ensure that functional and technical activities are aligned.

  • Subject matter expert for regional HR systems, data and processes 
  • Under the guidance of the Data, Integrations, and Technical Functional Leads, responsible for facilitating, driving and on occasion executing tasks as defined by the regional project plan: 
  • Technical components of workshop activities 
  • HCM functional requirements including data, configuration, integration, reporting and portal requirements 
  • Data clean-up, mapping, conversion & migration 
  • Reporting & analytics setup and delivery framework 
  • Quality assurance, creation of test scripts and testing execution 
  • Serve as system consultant to region HR stakeholders – identify and articulate process impacts on technology/data and potential constraints  Ensure user acceptance of system solution 
  •  Identify risks/issues early and create mitigation strategies 
  • Support communication and training efforts 
  • Support creation and implementation of the global Data Management and Data Governance framework 
  • Manage stakeholders 
  • Provide weekly status updates to the Regional Lead and HR Technology, Data and Analytics Lead 
Requirements:
  • Understanding of data and reporting complexities, issues, and challenges
  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS platform configuration
  • Practical - technical experience in PeopleSoft HR system would be a great asset!
  • Experience in data analysis and data mapping / conversion activities
  • Project Management Experience - proven ability to plan, manage multiple tasks/activities and prioritize appropriately
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, design, configure and support HR data, processes and technology
  • Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support of HR technical solutions
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
  • Flexible with frequent travelling across Europe capital cities
