your tasks

• preparing detailed cost estimates and written quotations based on client drawings and specifications, including Bill of Materials (BOM), labor, and schedule analysis
  
• reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
  
• developing and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers in structural, mechanical, and electrical fields, including negotiating pricing
• cooperating with internal teams to understand customer needs and deliver competitive proposals

what we expect

• Bachelor's degree in construction management (or a related field) or 3–5 years of experience in a similar estimating role
• English proficiency at min. B2 level
• proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documentation
• practical knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems and materials
• advanced user of Excel and AutoCAD
• self-motivated and organised, with a hands-on attitude toward problem-solving
• team-oriented mindset and excellent time management
