Currently, for our client from the film industry, we are looking for a person to join the digital transformation team as a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Specialist.
The owner of this position will be responsible for both E-commerce and Digital Marketing aspects. They are accountable for formulating and executing effective online marketing strategies tailored to promote products, services, or brands. This involves leveraging various digital channels to engage target audiences, thereby enhancing brand visibility, driving website traffic, and ultimately generating leads and sales. The ideal candidate should also possess a proven track record of working with e-commerce platforms and navigating CMS systems related to online retail, ensuring a seamless integration of e-commerce strategies into the digital marketing framework.

Digital Marketing tasks:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies in line with business goals
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitors
- Optimize content and websites for SEO
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on various platforms
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns
- Utilize analytics tools to track website and campaign performance
- Optimize websites and landing pages for improved user experience and conversions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
E-commerce tasks:
- Curate and manage product listings on the e-commerce platform
- Ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and prices
- Improve the user experience for higher customer satisfaction
- Monitor website traffic, sales, and conversion rates
- Generate regular reports to track KPI's
- Identify growth and optimization opportunities using data insights
- Coordinate with IT and web development teams for platform functionality
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the e-commerce site
- Administer the internal B2B e-commerce platform, managing user accounts and permissions
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, or e-commerce
- Proficiency in available digital marketing platforms. (Linkedin, Twitter, Meta, Google)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and concepts.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools to improve organic search rankings
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, such as WooCommerce, Magento, etc
- Ability to create and optimize engaging content for various digital channels.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and integrations with marketing automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret campaign performance data
- Familiarity with email marketing strategies and tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good English allowing business communication (B2 minimum) / Other European languages nice to have
- Ability to work independently in identifying and resolving issues, concerns, and problems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (such as SharePoint, teams, outlook, excel, and word)
- Ability to engage, build and maintain business relationships
- Good team player, enhancing cross-team cooperation
- Effective communication both verbal and written
