The HSE Advisor provides support to the Rig Managers in delivering a safe operation in
compliance with the Company's requirements, local and international legislation, and industry standards. Although the main focus of this role is office work, there is a requirement for periodic offshore travel to support training, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and carry out planned tasks.

your tasks
- keeping effective communication and collaboration with local industry, clients, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) objectives
- assisting the Rig Managers/Unit Directors in reporting HSE incidents to relevant authorities and conducting incident investigations, as well as following up on corrective actions
- monitoring the quality of data in the system (Synergi) and evaluating internal and external reports for safety trends and lessons learned
- preparing and delivering internal and external safety-related presentations, as well as providing HSE guidance and coaching to offshore employees - this includes offshore visits for the training, audit or planned tasks
what we expect
- preferable formal education in relevant technical, marine, or quality engineering fields
- demonstrated experience in offshore drilling, particularly in safety-related aspects
- proficiency in understanding and applying safety rules and regulations relevant to offshore drilling operations and onshore management
- completion of offshore safety courses and medical certifications that meet the criteria established by the Continental Shelf Authority
- advanced English proficiency
- willingness to travel
